I'm a forty-something wife and mother of a wonderful son and a Dobie in Texas. I began to blog in the summer of 2008, set up an Etsy shop (http://shortyssutures.etsy.com) in 2010 called Shorty's Sutures, then ventured into podcasting in 2011. I took a break from podcasting in 2017, but came back in November of 2019 with more time on my hands.
I'm not able to be a full-time crafty gal, but I squeeze in a bit of sewing, crocheting and knitting here and there as my days go by. Some weeks I do better than others.
